This is a full day hike in Peneda-Gerês National Park, Minho - North of Portugal.
Discover Lindoso traditional village and Peneda-Gerês National Park on foot.
We start this hiking trail near Lindoso castle and granaries and we go up into Serra Amarela (Yellow mountain) to explore the fauna and flora typical from Peneda-Gerês National Park.
Serra Amarela is home of Iberian wolves and garrano wild horses, they live all year round in the mountains of Peneda-Gerês National Park.
During the hiking tour you enjoy stunning views over the National Park.
At end of the hike you can visit Lindoso castle and learn more about the local granaries on a cultural guided tour.
